DI Gasell has been handed out for over 20 years by Dagens Industri and the very concept of Gasell awards was founded by the American David Birch who believed that smaller fast-growing companies are the ones that create the most net new jobs. We tend to agree (we are a bit biased). We are very proud to have achieved Gaselle status 4 years in a row (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 - (2021 is not set yet)). Here are some of the requirements to achieve the DI gasell award:
- A net turnover that exceeds SEK 10 million, according to the latest annual report.
- At least ten employees, according to the latest annual report.
- At least doubled its turnover, compared to the first and most recent financial year in the four-year survey period.
In total, less than 1% of all Swedish companies reach this tier.
